We have succesfully completed several assignments including but not limited to formation of Company, NBFC, Trust & Association, Registration of Trademark, Registration and filing or return under GST Act, Income tax return filing, various compliances under RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA etc.; registration under MSME Act (SSI), Import Export Code (IEC)etc. Further we provide consultancy services for legal drafting such as drafting of notices, agendas, contracts, MOUs, Tender documents, RFQ, RFP etc.
